Dallas police are responding to a shooting at Wilmer Hutchins High School.<br><br>First responders raced to the school just after 10:30am Friday amid reports of an active shooter, and with police and paramedics on the scene. <br><br>Early reports indicate at least one student was shot, however their condition is unknown. A suspect was reportedly apprehended. <br><br>Sources told local outlet WFAA that the suspect was taken into custody after they were seeing running towards the school football field. <br><br>Dallas ISD said in a tweet after midday that 'all students and team members are safe' at the school.
